Ready stock items

Items in stock are checked, packed and sent out within 1 to 2 working days.

Custom size pieces

Custom size Ghongadi are woven for you on a pit loom and sent out in about 10 to 15 days.

Dispatch message

When your order leaves the shop we send you a WhatsApp message with the expected delivery day.

Kolhapur, Sangli and Satara

Usually 2 to 4 working days.

Pune and Mumbai

Usually 4 to 7 working days.

Other places

Message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you if we can deliver to your address.

Free delivery

Orders above Rs 1,499 are delivered free.

Smaller orders

Orders of Rs 1,499 or less have a delivery charge of Rs 80, shown at checkout.

No hidden charges

Everything you pay is shown before you place the order.

Pay at your door

Cash on delivery is available for orders up to Rs 5,000.

Cash or UPI

You can pay our delivery person in cash or by UPI.

Order confirmation

For larger cash on delivery orders we may call or message you to confirm before sending.

Check before accepting

If the packet looks opened or badly damaged, please do not accept it.

Tell us within 48 hours

If you find damage after opening, send clear photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace the piece or refund you in full.

Return Window

Returns or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Unused, within 7 days

Return within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unused, unwashed and in its original packing.

Natural handloom differences

Small differences in shade, the natural smell of wool and small knots in the weave are signs of handwork, not defects.

Custom size pieces

Custom size Ghongadi are woven only for you and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or in the wrong size.

Size or product exchange

If the size does not suit you, ask for an exchange within 7 days.

We collect it

Our delivery team collects the piece from your address in our delivery areas.

Price difference

If the new piece costs more you pay the difference by UPI. If it costs less we refund the difference.

Online payments

Refunded to the same card, UPI or bank account within 5 to 7 working days after we receive the piece.

Cash and UPI orders

Refunded to your UPI ID or bank account.

No deductions

We do not cut any fee from approved returns.

If the piece arrives damaged or you get the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
